Apparel Policy

Welcome to Ashir Designs! We take pride in creating high-quality, custom apparel to fit your unique vision. Please review the following policy before placing an order.

Note: Apparel includes t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and graduation stoles.

1. Custom Orders

-All apparel is made to order. 

-Production begins after full payment is received. 

-Standard turnaround time: 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

-Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

2. Design Approval

-Mock-ups are available upon request. 

-Once a design is approved, no changes can be made.

-Please double-check all names, spelling, dates, and design details before final approval.

3. Sizing & Apparel Details

-We use high-quality, unisex-fit garments unless otherwise noted.

-A size chart is available and must be reviewed prior to ordering.

-Ashir Designs is not responsible for incorrect size selection.

-For hats and stoles, please confirm all personalization and style preferences when ordering.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

-Due to the custom nature of each item, all sales are final.

-Refunds or exchanges are only accepted for:

Manufacturer defects

Errors made by Ashir Designs

-Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Care Instructions

-To preserve your custom pieces:

-Wash garments inside out with cold water

-Tumble dry low or hang to dry

-Do not bleach

-Do not iron directly over designs

-Hats and stoles should be spot cleaned only, unless otherwise specified.

Bulk T-Shirt Order Policy

This policy applies to all bulk t-shirt orders of 20 shirts or more placed with Asihr Designs.

1. Order Minimum & Pricing

-Bulk pricing applies to orders of 20+ shirts.

-Pricing is based on:

-Quantity

-Design complexity (e.g., single or multi-color, front/back).

-Shirt style, size range, and brand.

-Required turnaround time.

-A custom quote will be provided once order details are confirmed.

2. Payment Terms

-A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the order and begin processing.

-The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

-Orders will not be released without full payment.

-Accepted payments: Zelle, CashApp, debit/credit, or invoice.

3. Design & Approval

-Designs must be submitted in a high-resolution format (.PNG or .SVG preferred).

-A digital mock-up will be provided

for client approval before production.

-Clients are responsible for verifying all design details — including 

spelling, placement, color, and sizing.

-Once approved, no further changes can be made.

4. Turnaround Time

-Standard production time is 7–10 business days, depending on order size and supply availability.

-Rush service may be available upon request for an additional fee.

-Turnaround begins once:

-Design is approved

-Deposit is received

5. Apparel & Sizing

-Most apparel is unisex fit unless otherwise specified.

-Client must confirm and submit a final size breakdown before production.

-Asihr Designs is not responsible for sizing errors once the order is approved.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

-Because bulk orders are custom made, all sales are final.

-Deposits are non-refundable once shirts or materials have been ordered.

-Refunds or replacements will only be issued if Asihr Designs makes a mistake in design, shirt style, or print location.

7. Delivery, Pickup & Shipping

-Local pickup is available by appointment.

-Delivery may be offered for an additional fee, depending on location.

-Shipping is available upon request. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination.

8. Special Instructions & Packaging

-Group orders (e.g., schools, teams, reunions) can be individually bagged and labeled for an added fee.

-Please communicate any special requests before production begins.

Agreement

By placing a bulk order with Asihr Designs, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed in this policy.

Balloon & Event Décor Policy

Thank you for choosing Asihr Designs to bring your vision to life! Please review our policy to ensure a smooth planning and setup experience for your event.

1. Booking & Payment

-A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your event date.

-The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your event.

-Events not paid in full by the deadline may be subject to cancellation.

-Accepted forms of payment: CashApp, Zelle, credit/debit, or invoice.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

-Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).

-Reschedules must be requested at least 7 days prior to your event.

-Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-transferable and will result in full forfeiture of payment.

3. Setup & Delivery

-Setup typically occurs 1–3 hours before your event start time.

-Please ensure the venue is accessible, clean, and ready for setup. 

-If early access is required (more than 3 hours), an early access fee may apply.

-Delivery fees vary based on distance and setup complexity and will be included in your final quote.

4. Balloon Decor Terms

-All balloon installs are intended for same-day events unless otherwise stated.

-We use high-quality, professional-grade balloons, but we cannot guarantee longevity due to weather, handling, or venue conditions.

-Outdoor décor is subject to sun, wind, humidity, and temperature, which may affect balloon performance. 

-We are not responsible for damage after installation.

5. Rentals

-Any backdrop, stand, or rented item must be returned in original condition.

-Pickup of rentals will be scheduled during booking.

-Missing or damaged items may result in a replacement fee.

6. Client Responsibility

-It is the client's responsibility to obtain venue approval for décor installation (e.g., using command hooks, ladders, stands).

-Ensure there is someone on-site to direct us, if the client will not be present.

-Any changes made within 72 hours of the event may result in additional fees or may not be accommodated.

7. Photos & Promotion

-Asihr Designs reserves the right to photograph and share event setups for promotional use on social media and marketing materials.

-If you prefer not to have your event shared, please let us know in writing.
