Thank you for shopping with Asihr Designs. Because many of our items are made-to-order or customized, we ask that you review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
For custom items, a digital mockup or design proof will be sent for your review before production begins.
Once the mockup is approved:
Please review your design, spelling, colors, and sizing carefully before giving approval.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect based on your approved order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Deposits for event styling and balloon décor are non-refundable.
If you cancel your event after payment, your deposit may be applied to a future date depending on availability.
