A 40% non-refundable deposit secures all custom orders, balloon décor, and event styling services.

Remaining balance is due 5–7 days before your event or delivery.

Rush orders or last-minute requests may require full upfront payment.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and CashApp (for local clients).

Standard processing time is 7–14 business days after deposit and design approval.

Shipping fees vary based on weight, service level, and destination. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Asihr Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after shipment. Shipping insurance is available upon request.

Delivery and setup fees vary depending on location and installation complexity.

Rush setups may be available for an additional fee.

Asihr Designs is not responsible for damage caused by guests, weather conditions, or venue-related issues.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event or delivery.

Custom apparel orders are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
